1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website www.futurecoreservices.com and/or engaging Future Core Services (FCS) for any professional services (including, but not limited to, company registration, compliance filing, tax services, or IT development), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&C) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.


2. Description of Services

FCS provides specialized consulting and facilitation services in the following core areas:

  • Legal & Compliance: Company Incorporation (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC), Statutory Registrations (GST, MSME, Trademark), ROC Filings, and Annual Compliance.
  • Finance & Taxation: GST Return Filing, Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing, Bookkeeping, and Financial Advisory.
  • IT & Digital Solutions: Website Development, E-Commerce Setup, and Custom CRM/ERP Software Development.
  • Startup Advisory: Pitch Deck creation, Financial Modeling, and Funding Scheme Guidance.

Service Disclaimer: FCS acts as a professional consultant and facilitator. Final approval, issuance, or rejection of any government registration, certificate, or filing (e.g., MSME, GST, Company Incorporation) remains solely at the discretion of the respective government authority (MCA, GSTN, etc.) and is subject to their policies and processing times.


3. Client Obligations

To ensure timely and effective service delivery, the Client agrees to the following:

  • Accuracy of Information: The Client must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable documents and information required for all filings and development work. FCS is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or misleading data provided by the client.
  • Timely Response: The Client must respond to all queries and requests for additional documentation from FCS within 48 hours to prevent accruing government penalties or missing statutory deadlines.
  • Full Disclosure: The Client must disclose any existing legal issues, pending litigation, or non-compliance history that may affect the service requested.

4. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

  • Fee Structure: All service fees are detailed in the mutually agreed-upon proposal or invoice.
  • Government Fees: Fees paid to government bodies (e.g., stamp duty, challan fees, registration costs) are passed on at cost and are non-refundable under any circumstance, as per government rules.
  • Service Fee Refund: Future Core Services maintains a strict No Refund policy for service fees once the work has been initiated. Work is considered initiated immediately upon payment, as administrative processing, document preparation, and expert time are immediately allocated.
  • Cancellation: If the Client cancels a project after payment but before significant work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of FCS, minus all processing fees and administrative costs incurred up to the date of written cancellation notice.

5. Intellectual Property (IP) and Ownership

  • Client Ownership: The Client retains full ownership of all business documents, government certificates, financial data, and the final intellectual content (text, images) used in website development projects.
  • FCS Ownership: FCS retains the Intellectual Property (IP) rights to its proprietary methodologies, internal software, checklists, and the underlying source code for custom CRM/ERP solutions, unless a specific source code licensing agreement is made in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

FCS’s maximum total liability to the Client for any claim arising from these T&C or services provided shall be strictly limited to the total amount of service fees paid by the Client to FCS for the specific service in question.


7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction: The Client irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India for the resolution of any disputes.
